I have been making this Ezekiel Bread for a while. I eat it for lunch, breakfast every day, even on my hike days. This mixed grain bread is not only highly nutritious but also very tasty. Even my husband falls in love with new delicious bread now.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups wheat
  2. 1 cup barley
  3. 1/4 cup pinto beans ( finely grinded)
  4. 1/4 cup black beans ( finely grinded)
  5. 1/4 cup soybeans ( finely grinded)
  6. 1/4 cup lentils ( grinded)
  7. 1 cup rye
  8. 3 1/2 cups hot water
  9. 1/2 cup oil
  10. 1/2 cup honey
  11. 2  tbsp yeast
  12. 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  13. 1/3 cup millet

Preparations:

1)       Combine the wheat, barley, pinto beans, soybeans, lentils, and rye, and mill in the Magic Mill III Plus.

2)       In the Bosch bowl, combine hot water, butter , molasses or honey, yeast, and salt.

3)       Add multigrain flour, millet, and gluten flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead 10 minutes.

4)       Shape into four round loaves, and place on two well greased baking sheets. Let rise until double.

5)       Bake in a 350F.oven for 35 minutes.
