I assure you that you willn’t want another meatloaf receipt after you try this one. Please notice even all the ingredients used in my receipt are organic except sea salt, you can still replace any with non-organic ones.

Ingredients:

1.2 lb 10% fat freshly ground organic beef

11/2 cup chopped onion

2 slicesslices whole wheat bread ( fresh or dried)

1cup whole milk

1/2 tsp sea salt

1tsp black pepper

2tbsp ketch up

 

Topping:

11/2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2tbsp brown sugar

1/3 cup ketch up

 

Method

If the bread is dry, soak the bread in water, then squeeze the water, break the bread into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together until the the mixture is smooth. I wear gloves for mixing. Put the mixture into a lightly oil sprayed meatloaf pan. Smooth the top.

Whisk all three ingredients listed under the topping and spread it evenly on the top.

Baked at 350F for 1 hour 15 minutes or until it is done ( the inner temperature is 160°.
