What you need:

(1) 1 small bowl Cooked vegetables leftover from previous dinner, properly stored at refrigerator.

(2) 2 Flaxseeds multigrain tortillas.

Preparations;

Turn on the stove and set the medium heat. Heat the tortillas for one minutes each side. Move tortillas onto the plate.

Heat the vegetable in microwave for one minute at high.

Spread the vegetable onto tortillas evenly. Leave 1/2 inch empty to the edge.

Roll the tortillas carefully, cut into half.

Enjoy.
