Left over spaghetti, how to make them taste fresh. Here is a tip. Don’t mix all the boiled spaghetti with your sauce, just mix the enough with sauce when you eat. Therefore the left over is easy to fix for a great new taste.

Ingredients:

  • 5  fresh asparagus, cut into 2 inch long pieces,
  • 1 cup cut green beans
  • 3 fire roasted red bell pepper
  • 2 jalapeno pepper ( fresh finely chopped)
  • 5 clove garlic ( finely fresh chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • left over spaghetti

Preparations:

  • Add garlic and jalapeno pepper into the medium heated pan, and add a 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir until garlic turn a little brownish.
  • Add green beans and  aspargus, stir together and mix well. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth.
  • Add tomato sauce, and spaghetti, stir and cook for 3 min.
  • Serve warm.
