Tonight I made green onion lamb for dinner. Also I made steamed broccoli  cauliflower, carrot, and yellow squash. Here I am presenting the green onion lamb.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb thin slice lamb
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp freshly prepared pepper corn powder
  • 1/2 tsp freshly black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small white onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1 bunch green onion

Preparations:

Take the thin slice lamb from freezer one day before and put in the fridge. Before the cooking, take the lamb out of the fridge and marinate the lamb with cumin powder, fresh grounded black pepper, pepper corn, chili powder, ginger powder for 30 mins.

Meanwhile cut the onion into thin strips, green onion into 1 inch strips.

Heat the stove on medium-high, add marinated lamb into the non-stick pan, stir fry until lamb turns into a little brownish. Add fennel into the lamb and cook for two minutes. remove the lamb from the pan.

Add the onion and green onion into the pan, add a little olive oil, stir and onion until soft and translucent.

Add the lamb back into the pan and cook for one more minute. Drizzle a little bit soy sauce , mix well and serve on the plate.

This is mouth watering recipe if you like lamb. You can also replace lamb with beef as well.
