I like oven roasted chicken wings/drumsticks. The fat from skin can be drained into the baking pan.  I have at least five different receipe for chicken wings.  This is one of my husband’s favorite. Red pepper corn is optional if you don’t like its strong smell and spicy flavor.

Chicken meat is tender and juicy, skin is shining and crispy.

Ingredients:

  1. 15 pieces Chicken Wings/Drums
  2. 4 tbsp Red Pepper Corn
  3. 4 tbsp Spicy Grounded Chilli Pepper
  4. 10 pieces hot dry red pepper ( freshly chopperd)
  5. 2 tbsp Oregano
  6. 2 tbsp Terragon
  7. 1 tbsp grounded white pepper corn
  8. 1 tbsp sea salt
  9. 2 tbsp honey  
  10. 2 tbsp corn oil
  11. 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  12. 10 pieces fresh basil leaves

Preparation:

  1.  Mix the dry gradients and liquid gradients seperately. 
  2.  Then mix dry and liquild gradients together. 
  3.  Add chicken wings and drums into the mixture. 
  4.  Marinated at room temperature for at least one hour ( overnight in fridge is even better). 
  5. Set oven at 380 Fahrenheit. Baked in the oven for 40mins untill the skin is very thin and crispy.
  6.  Embellish with fresh basil leaves.
