This recipe is also applicable for other nut, walnut, almond, and pecan.  This recipe can be varied depending on individual taste.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups raw peanuts
  2. 2 teaspoon salt
  3. 1 teaspoon dry dill
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Anise extract

Directions:

  1. Add anise extract in water, soak the peanuts in water with for 15-20mins.
  2. Drain the water in a drainer for 5mins.
  3. Put the peanuts in a microwave ceramic bowl, set the high heat for 3 minutes. Mix and heat for another 2 minutes. Add dry dill and heat for another 1 minute.
  4. Set aside and cool.
