Inggredients:

  1. 1 pound Chicken Wing/ Chicken Drumstick 1/2 ( small pieces)
  2. 2 tea spoon sea salt
  3. 1 table spoon soy sauce
  4. 2 table spoon pepper corn ( red)
  5. 2 table spoon coarsely chopped dry red pepper
  6. 1 table spoon vinegar
  7. 2 table spoon cooking wine
  8. 1 table spoon minced garlic
  9. 1 piece cinnamon
  10. 2 tea spoon sugar
  11. 1 tea spoon pepper corn powder ( white)
  12. 2 table spoon oil

Preparations:

  1. Cut the chicken wing/ drumstick into small pieces, marinated with salt, soy sauce, red pepper corn, vinegar, cooking wine for 30mins at least.
  2. Add oil and heat, stir chicken pieces until the chicken meat 80% cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken piece from the pan, and add garlic, hot pepper, pepper corn and cinnamon for 2 mins.
  4. Add chicken pieces, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and one cup of water. Water level just cover the chicken.
  5. High temperature first and low temperature, till the water is almost gone.
