Hot Spicy Chicken
Inggredients:
- 1 pound Chicken Wing/ Chicken Drumstick 1/2 ( small pieces)
- 2 tea spoon sea salt
- 1 table spoon soy sauce
- 2 table spoon pepper corn ( red)
- 2 table spoon coarsely chopped dry red pepper
- 1 table spoon vinegar
- 2 table spoon cooking wine
- 1 table spoon minced garlic
- 1 piece cinnamon
- 2 tea spoon sugar
- 1 tea spoon pepper corn powder ( white)
- 2 table spoon oil
Preparations:
- Cut the chicken wing/ drumstick into small pieces, marinated with salt, soy sauce, red pepper corn, vinegar, cooking wine for 30mins at least.
- Add oil and heat, stir chicken pieces until the chicken meat 80% cooked.
- Remove the chicken piece from the pan, and add garlic, hot pepper, pepper corn and cinnamon for 2 mins.
- Add chicken pieces, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and one cup of water. Water level just cover the chicken.
- High temperature first and low temperature, till the water is almost gone.
