Onion Red Pepper Beef
Stir fried beef dish is not very easy. It could be very delicious or very bad. Transverse cut, water locked and quick cooked.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Beef,
- 1/2 medium onion,
- 1 red pepper.
Spicy: salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, water, corn starch, oil, white pepper, cumin powder.
Directions:
- Cut the beef transversely into slice. Then cut into strings. Add water 1/3 of beef amount. Stir, mix and wait till beef suck all the water.
- Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, white pepper, mix well. Add oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Add oil and heat to hot, add beef and quick stir till beef color turns to deep. Remove the beef. Add onion, hot red pepper till fragrance come.
- Prepare the sauce with soy sauce, salt, cumin, pepper.
- Stir the cooked beef into the onion and red pepper, add pre-prepared sauce, and stir quick.
- Serve warm.
I know it is a strange time to start learning to cook but while the rest of my family is on vacation during spring break I want to try to cook. This doesn’t look too difficult so I might try it. Your blog is awesome. I like the variety of recipes.
