Material Group A:
1 pound 5% fat ground beef
3 branches Italian parsley
2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp suma powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper

Material Group B:
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ medium finely chopped yellow onion
1 Eggplant  Cut into cube
3 Annaheim green pepper
2 medium tomato

Protocol
1 Mix gradients in Group A very well, and let the ground beef marinated for 30mins before being cooked.
2 Set the stove at medium high, saute the onion with olive oil untill it turns brown, soft and nice smell.
3 Add the marinated beef, make the diamond shape, lay the beef kofte one layer, turn the beef kofte when one side’s color turnd. When both sides’ color turn, add green pepper, eggplant, tomato in order on the top of beef kofte.
4 Increase the heat to high level, add half cup water and ½ tsp salt.
5 Reduce the heat when the pot boils. Let the dish simmer for 15mins.
6 Turn off the heat and let it cool down a little bit before serving.
