Ingredients:

  • 2 cup organic spring mix
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes ( cut in half)
  • 2 medium persian cucumber ( chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh grounded black pepper

Preparations;

In a large bowl, whisk lemon juice and olive oil together first. Then add spring mix, tomato, and cucumber, mix well together. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper and mix again.

Let the bowl sit in the refrigerator for 10-30 minutes before serving.
