I like vegetables very much. Just bought multigrain tortillas during the weekend. Most time I add shredded cheese on the top and fold the tortillas to make a cheese wrap. Today I feel craving for colorful vegetables. Therefore I decided to  cook this beautiful colorful dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium organic carrot ( thin thread)
  • 2 medium Italian green pepper
  • 1 large Jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 large purple onion
  • 1 1/2 cup thin thread organic napa cabbage
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparations;

Cut all the ingredients into thin threads.

Heat the stirring fry pan at medium temperature, add olive oil, onion, carrot at the same time. Saute until carrot and onion become soft. Add salt and black pepper. Then add green pepper and napa cabbage, turn the heat to high, and stir for 1 minute, cook for 2 minutes. Then add chicken broth, cook for another 2 minutes with lid on.

Serve warm.

Note: This vegetable dish is good with rice, bread, tortillas. Even with yogurt.
