Chicken soup is good for health all year round. It can boost the immune system. Ginseng and mushroom are also able to boost the immune too.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 whole fresh or frozen chicken
  2. 1 ginseng root
  3. 6 dry mushroom
  4. 1/4 cup goji
  5. 3 thick slice ginger
  6. Salt for taste

Directions:

  1. Cut the whole chicken into big pieces.
  2. Rinse the mushroom,, and soak in the warm water.
  3. Boil the chicken in hot water for one minute. Then take it out and rinse with cold water.
  4. Add cold water and mushroom water in casserole, add chicken in the pot, and ginger.
  5. Add mushroom and Goji too. Turn the heat to high to boil the water. High heat boil for 10 minutes. Then turn to low to medium, and simmer for 1 hours.
  6. Season with salt and boil for another 10mins. Then serve.
