Tuna has very lean meat and also very tasty. However, grilled tuna often turns out very rough to eat. Here I develop this recipe for soft, tender and delicious tuna steak.

 Ingredients:

  1. 2     (   4-oz) wild caught Ahi Tuna steak
  2. 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar/lemon juice/Chinese vinegar
  3. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp sea salt
  5. 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp corn starch
  7. 1/2 tsp tarragon
  8. 1 tsp olive oil
  9. 1 tsp crunched hot red pepper

Directions:

  1. Thaw tuna steak at refrigerator overnight.
  2. Mix all the ingredient except tuna thoroughtly.
  3. Coat tune with the spicy mixture and set in the refrigerator. Every 30mins, turn over and coated the other side. The total marinate time is about 1 hour. It is also up to 3 hours.
  4. Set the medium to high heat, then add the tuna and cook. Each side for 5 minutes, until fork can flake the tuna meat.
  5. Serve when it is warm.
