Ingredients:( No added sugar)

  1. 2 1/2 Cup Freshly grounded barley
  2. 1/2 Cup Flaxseed meal
  3. 1/2 Cup Almond meal
  4. 2 tsp Baking powder
  5. 2 tsp Baking soda
  6. 1 tbsp fresh grounded cinnamon
  7. 2 medium ripe banana
  8. 3 medium organic eggs
  9. 1 tsp organic Valina extract
  10. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  11. 1/2 non-fat milk
  12. 1 1/2 cup fresh raspberry

Preparation:

  1. Set oven at 375 Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all the dry gradients together.
  3. Beat all the wet gradients together well.
  4. Sift the dry mixture before adding into the wet mixture.
  5. Mix the batter with rubber spoon until well mixed.
  6. Spray the non-sticky muffin baking tray.
  7. Fill the tin with batter.
  8. Baked for 30mins.
