Flourless Raspberry Muffin
Ingredients:( No added sugar)
- 2 1/2 Cup Freshly grounded barley
- 1/2 Cup Flaxseed meal
- 1/2 Cup Almond meal
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp fresh grounded cinnamon
- 2 medium ripe banana
- 3 medium organic eggs
- 1 tsp organic Valina extract
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 non-fat milk
- 1 1/2 cup fresh raspberry
Preparation:
- Set oven at 375 Fahrenheit.
- Mix all the dry gradients together.
- Beat all the wet gradients together well.
- Sift the dry mixture before adding into the wet mixture.
- Mix the batter with rubber spoon until well mixed.
- Spray the non-sticky muffin baking tray.
- Fill the tin with batter.
- Baked for 30mins.
