Healthy Multigrain Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup red bean
- 1/3 cup Barley
- 1/10 black sticky rice
- 1 cup brown rice
- 8/10 white rice
- 3 1/2 cup water
Preparation: 1. Rinse well all the gradients, add 3 1/2 cup water. 2. All the gradients soaked in water for 8 hours in fridge. 3. Boil and cook for 30mins ( pressure cooker for 15 mins).
