Stir fried rice with vegetable (Sebzeli pilav)
Ingredient:
- 2 cups Cooked overnight rice ( brown rice, balsamic rice and white rice)
- 2 cup mix vegetable ( finely chopped carrots, corn, snow pea, and chopped green beans)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste (Optional)
Directions:
- Heat the pan at high, add olive oil and scrambled egg. Stir and mix well until the egg mixture turn into solid. Remove the egg and set aside.
- Add mixed vegetable and stir, set the heat to medium, cook for 5 miutes.
- Add the rice and stir constantly, until vegetables are well cooked.
- Add pre-cooked egg, soy sauce, black pepper, sale and green onion, turn the heat to high, cook for one more minute. ( tomato paste optional).
- Serve.
