Roasted Spicy Chicken Wing/Drumstick ( Chinese Version)
Ingredients:
- 15 pieces Chicken Wings/Drums
- 4 tbsp Red Pepper Corn
- 4 tbsp Spicy Grounded Chili Pepper
- 10 pieces hot dry red pepper ( freshly chopped)
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Tarragon
- 1 tbsp grounded white pepper corn
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp corn oil
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 10 pieces fresh basil leaves
Preparation: 1: Mix the dry gradients and liquid gradients separately. 2: Then mix dry and liquid gradients together. 3. Add chicken wings and drums into the mixture. 4. Marinated at room temperature for at least one hour ( overnight in fridge is even better). 5.Set oven at 380 Fahrenheit. Baked in the oven for 40mins until the skin is very thin and crispy. 6. Embellish with fresh basil leaves. The chicken meat inside is tender and skin is shiny and crispy.
