Flaxseed bread
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp dry yeast
- 1 3/4 Cup warm water
- 1/8 Cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- 3/4 Tsp salt
- 1 Cup flax seed meal
- 2 Cup whole wheat flour
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour
Preparation
Mix yeast, warm water and sugar first and wait for 5 mins until the bubbles visible on the top of the surface.
Mix together all the dry gradients. Pull the yeast mixture into the dry mixture. Knead for at least 10-15mins. Then add oil and roughly knead. Make a round dough and let it sit for 2 hours at 37 degree or size doubled.
Make into two parts. Briefly knead and shape into the bread baking tray.
Bake at 350F forĀ 55-60 minutes.
