Avocado Mango Sandwich
Most time I have sandwich for lunch. I really like this convenient, tasty and health type food. It is easy to carry around, for work, hike and even party. You can almost ear anywhere you want.
I prefer more vegetable than meat ( Turkey, roasted beef, chicken breast, bacon, and fish) fo rmy sandwich. I like peanut butter sandwich, almond butter with raw honey sandwich, cranberry jelly with peanut butter sandwich. I create some fruit sandwich also, as long as I can think of. I put them together. Here is my mango avocado sandwich.
Ingredients:
- 2 slice flour less bread ( any kind you can get from store)
- 1/2 medium ripe mango ( slightly mashed)
- 1/2 Hass avocado (slightly mashed)
- 1 tbsp cranberry jelly ( home made)
Scoop them onto toasted bread. Ready to go.
