Preparations:

Water Dough: 1 ¼ cup  whole wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
31/2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp plus 1tsp water

Oily Dough: ¾ cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup vegetable oil

Water dough preparation: Mix whole flour and sugar first  well, then add vegetable oil and water, kneading for 5mins to make a smooth dough, let the dough for 20mins.

Oily dough preparation: Add oil into whole wheat flour, mix well.

Divide  the  each dough into 10 parts.

Roll the water dough  , add oily dough on the top of water dough. Roll the mixed the dough, fold the dough  once and roll one more time.

Stuffing preparation: red bean powder and black sesame seed powder.

Wrap the stuffing with oil/water dough piece.

Turn on the oven and set the temperature at 375, bake the cake for about 15mintutes.

Cool on the cookie sheet.
