I love spaghetti very much. Today I want to try turkey meat ball. Add more vegetables into ground turkey breast.

Ingredients;

  1. 3 pound organic ground turkey breast
  2. 1 cup green onion finely chopped
  3. 1 cup finely chopped celery
  4. 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  5. 2 medium egg white
  6. 1 tbsp cumin
  7. 1 tbsp turmeric
  8. 1 tbsp parika
  9. 1 tbsp hot pepper flakes
  10. 1/2 tbsp salt
  11. 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  12. 1 tbsp ginger powder
  13. 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
  14. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

 

Preparations:

  1. Mix all the ingredients very well by stirring the mixture consistently close wise with a long wood spoon. Until you feel tight and hard while stirring the spoon, you can stop.
  2. Boil a large pot full of water, when the water starts boiling, make meat ball with either hand or spoon, add the ball into the boiling water, cook for 10 minutes depending the size of the ball.
  3. Cool the meat balls on the plate and stored in the fridge or freeaer if you can’t finish in 2-3 days.

Note: You can use this meat ball with vegetables, noodles, or sandwich.
