This is a modified a little bit healthier version cookies. I replace all purpose flour with multigrain flour, granulated sugar with organic brown sugar and molasses.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 stick butter
  • 1 cup organic brown sugar
  • 1/2 molasses
  • 2 medium organic eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup multigrain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp all spicy ( clover, nutmeg and cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 cup original organic oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cup organic raisins

First swirl butter until creamy, then add sugar and molasses, mix them with whisk until it becomes smooth. Add egg one by one, and then vanilla extract.

In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well. Then pour dry mixture into the butter mixture. Mix until well blended together.  Use spoon and drop cookie dough onto baking paper with 1 1/2 inch away from each other.

Set the heat at 385F, baked the cookies for 10 minutes or until the edge tums a little brown. Remove the cookies from backing sheet and let them cool on the cookies racks.
