I like persimmon very much. There are some ripe persimmon left at home and I can’t finish eating all of them. Then I tried make a persimmon bread.

Ingredients:

  1. 3 medium rip persimmon pulp ( blended)
  2. 2 tsp baking soda
  3. 1 cup organic sugar
  4. 1 cup vegetable oil
  5. 4 medium organic eggs
  6. 1 tsp all spice
  7. 2 tsp cinamon
  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. 1/2 tsp netmeg
  10. 2/3 cup water
  11. 3 cup whole wheat flour
  12. 1 cup traditional flat oats
  13. 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparations:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 365F.
  2. Blend item 1 and 2 together first. Set aside.
  3. Blend Item 3-9 together well.
  4. Then add persimmon mixture and water to egg mixture gradually.
  5. Then add flour cup by cup, mix well. Then blend walnuts and oats.
  6. Fill into 12-piece muffin tin and one bread baking tin.
  7. Bake for 35mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Serve after completely cool.
