Persimmon Bread
I like persimmon very much. There are some ripe persimmon left at home and I can’t finish eating all of them. Then I tried make a persimmon bread.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium rip persimmon pulp ( blended)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup organic sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 medium organic eggs
- 1 tsp all spice
- 2 tsp cinamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp netmeg
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup traditional flat oats
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparations:
- Pre-heat oven at 365F.
- Blend item 1 and 2 together first. Set aside.
- Blend Item 3-9 together well.
- Then add persimmon mixture and water to egg mixture gradually.
- Then add flour cup by cup, mix well. Then blend walnuts and oats.
- Fill into 12-piece muffin tin and one bread baking tin.
- Bake for 35mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve after completely cool.
