Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potato
This recipe is good all the time when I make it. There is no way to get it wrong. However the dish is very flavorful and tasty. It is one of the best potato dish I like.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pound baby tri-color potato ( purple, white and yellow)
- 2 fresh tablespoon ( 1 tablespoon dry) rosemary
- 2 tablespoon fresh grounded black pepper
- 2 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions: 1. Rinse and wash the potato thoroughly, cut into half. 2. Mix all the ingredients and toss the potato in a large sauce pan. Toss the potato well until potato chunks are well coated. 3. Transfer the mixture into a baking pan, leave the potato in one layer in the pan. 4. Preheat the oven at 400F. 5. Baked at 400F for 1 hours. Turn the potato at the half time to make sure the potato is evenly brownish.
